At Corkcicle Malaysia, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered and how we can assist if something isn’t right.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Corkcicle products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

Faults in materials or workmanship
Vacuum insulation issues (where applicable)
Leakage caused by manufacturing defects
Defective lids, caps, or functional parts upon arrival

This warranty applies only to defects present at the time of purchase and does not cover damage that occurs after use.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage)
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Product modifications or alterations
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or second-hand sources

3. Care Guidelines

To keep your Corkcicle product in its best condition:

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water
Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners
Do not microwave, freeze, or place in the dishwasher (unless stated otherwise)
Allow hot liquids to cool slightly before sealing
Dry completely before storing and keep the lid off when not in use

4. How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number from Corkcicle Malaysia or authorised retailers)
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or a similar product of equal value, depending on availability.

5. Shipping for Claims

In some cases, you may be required to return the product for inspection.
Return shipping costs will typically be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

If your claim is approved, the cost of shipping the replacement item will be covered by us.

6. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only for:

The original purchaser
Products purchased through Corkcicle Malaysia official channels or authorised retailers
Genuine Corkcicle products

Each product is eligible for one warranty claim only.

7. Additional Information

Warranty claims do not entitle customers to refunds unless required by law
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the conditions stated above
If the original product is no longer available, a similar item of equal value may be provided
This warranty is applicable within Malaysia only
